A: These artwork formats are all acceptable: EPS, AI, PDF, JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, and TIF, however, we prefer to work with vector and AI files.

A: Once the design is approved, we move straight into production. If you need to make changes, please reach out right away — we may still be able to assist if production hasn't begun.

A: For larger or oversized signs, we sometimes ship components separately to reduce the risk of damage. Each package ships with a separate tracking number available in your order details.

A: If your neon light arrives with any damage, please take clear photos of the affected area, including packaging and the shipping label. Reach out to our support team promptly so we can arrange a replacement or refund after review.

A: No maintenance costs are required. Don't worry about the neon sign batteries, changing bulbs, glass joining, etc. Our neon signs are of good quality and are more energy efficient than traditional lighting signage.

A: Both! We recommend the plug-in signs ( they come with a free remote and dimmer to add to your cart at checkout.) But we do have battery pack options for small signs you can carry around in carts and booths.
